Norristown Woman, 87, Remembered for Love of Music

Mary J. Nave, 87, of Norristown went home to The Lord on Monday, January 2, 2017, at Season Hospice. Born March 10, 1929 in Norristown, Pennsylvania, she was the daughter of the late Vito and Ida (Pirozzolo) Nave.

She attended Holy Saviour School and West Catholic High School. She works at the Montgomery County Court House for 19 years, and for over 30 years at Nave's Music Store her family's business. She was a devout member of the Holy Saviour Church. Mary enjoyed all kinds of music. She enjoyed gardening on her spare time and was a member, and sang in the Holy Saviour Choir, she was also a member of the Holy Saviour Senior Citizens.

Mary is survived by her loving sister, Philomena Nave, of Jeffersonville; as well as several nieces and nephews.

In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by her two brothers; Sal and Joseph Nave; and her nephew, Joseph Nave, Jr.

Family and friends are invited to call on Saturday, January 7, 2017, from 10:00 am 10:45 am, at the Holy Saviour Church, 407 E Main St., Norristown, Pennsylvania.

Mass will follow the viewing at 11:00 am at the church. Burial will follow at the St. Patrick's Cemetery.
