Norristown Woman Charged With Assaulting Police Officer After Home Invasion
The attack on a police officer was allegedly connected to a home invasion incident.

SPRING CITY, PA -- A Norristown woman has been charged after assaulting a police officer in connection with a recent home invasion incident.
Ariah Hall, of the 1200 block of Main Street in Norristown, has been charged with burglary, aggravated assault, criminal trespass, and aggravated assault, among other charges, the Spring City Police Department said.
Police reportedly responded to a home invasion and robbery in progress on Broad Street in Spring City when Hall attacked the officers.

Officers were eventually able to subdue and arrest Hall. She is now in Chester County prison.
The injured officer was treated and released from a local hospital, and is expected to make a full recovery, police said.
