NORRISTOWN, PA -- A Norristown woman is being hailed a hero after helping lead police to the arrest of a man who was allegedly raping her 11-year-old sister, according to a report.

Jamal Alston, 39, using the username “Licky Tab,” was employing Facebook to engage in a sexual relationship with the girl, the Pottstown Mercury reports, and her older sister became suspicious when she saw the messages that something was amiss. The victim’s sister then began messaging Licky Tib on her sister’s account, and eventually set up a meeting, the report states. When Licky Tib arrived, he quickly fled, but she and her brother-in-law followed him.
