Norristown's Anthony Branca, Navy Vet And Borough Employee, Passes Away At 66

Anthony L. Branca of Norristown Anthony L. “Tony” Branca passed away suddenly on Tuesday, October 27, 2015 at his residence in Norristown, PA.

He was 66. Mr. Branca worked as a plant manager for the sewer system of the Borough of Norristown for over 25 years. He was a US Navy veteran.

Tony enjoyed watching wrestling. He was very patriotic and was a frequent donor to veterans groups.

He was a great father and grandfather and he will be deeply missed. Born in Norristown, PA on September 4, 1949, he was a son of the late Anthony J. and Maryellen (Coleman) Branca.

Surviving is his loving family including a son, Anthony Branca and his wife, Kristi, of Eagleville, PA; and two grandchildren, Breeanna and Dominic Branca.

Funeral services and interment will be private at the request of the family. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made in Tony’s memory to Children’s Hospital of Philadelphia, 34th & Civic Center Blvd., Philadelphia, PA 19104.
