Norristown's Main Street To Be Shut Down For Justice Center Work
Construction on the new Montgomery County Justice Center is underway.
NORRISTOWN, PA — Main Street will be shut down in Norristown next week as work continues on the Montgomery County Justice Center project.
Main will be closed from Swede to Dekalb streets from July 19 to 23.
Groundbreaking on the major initiative, hailed as transformative by local officials, was held last month. The work includes adding a new 325,000 square foot, six story building, as well as rehabilitating the existing historic courthouse and revamping the adjacent park.
