One Person Rescued Following Wreck On Egypt Road Thursday
One person was rescued after a van crashed on Egypt Road on Thursday morning, authorities said.
EAGLEVILLE, PA — One person was rescued after a crash on Egypt Road on Thursday morning, authorities said.
The incident occurred across the road from Kosmos Pizza, on the first block of Egypt Road.
A van lost control and crashed into a tree. It's not yet clear what led to the accident.

One person was trapped inside and had to be rescued by crews on the scene. The driver was taken by medical helicopter to a nearby hospital for treatment.
The condition of the victim is not known at this time.

Jefferson Fire Company No. 1 was assisted by Lower Providence Fire Department on the scene.
