NORRISTOWN, PA — A stretch of the Pennsylvania Turnpike near Norristown will be shut down for emergency work on Tuesday afternoon, officials announced.
The closure was set to begin around noon, and will impact the stretch of road between the Norristown and Fort Washington exits, according to the Turnpike.
The reason for the shut down is emergency utility line work.
