Rain is likely to begin consistently after 2 p.m. Thursday, with up to a quarter of an inch falling in the afternoon.
Precipitation is forecasted to continue until around 8 p.m., with another tenth of an inch of rain accumulating, according to the National Weather Service.

"Heaviest rain mostly south and east of I-95," the National Weather Service said. Localized fog is also possible.
