Philadelphia's Phillies grabbed an exciting 4-3 win over the Cincinnati Reds on Wednesday night in 12 innings.
Scott Kingery led the way for the second consecutive night on Wednesday with the winning sacrifice fly in the bottom of the 12th inning in the 4-3 victory over the Reds (2-9). On Tuesday night he hit a grand-slam homerun to lift the Phillies to a 6-1 win over the Reds and the Phillies opened the series on Monday with a 6-5 win.
Now the Phils (6-5) start a six game road trip at Tampa Bay (3-9) and then Atlanta (7-5). Both series are three-game series.
