Philly Kidnapping, Murder Suspects Have Norristown Ties: FBI
Skeletal remains of the victim were recently found in Maryland, police said.
NORRISTOWN, PA — Two persons of interest wanted for questioning in a recent Philadelphia murder and kidnapping may have connections to Norristown, police said.
Skeletal remains of the victim, Luis Alejandro Cheuder Ramon, who had been bound, were recently found in Cecil County Maryland, police said. The manner of death was confirmed as homicide.
Investigators said that they have several people of interest with cross-state and international ties in the investigation. The two local individuals are pictured in the surveillance video above.

Ramon was kidnapped in broad daylight from the 2000 block of Orkney Street in Philadelphia on June 19, the FBI said.
That's where the two suspects pictured here were last seen, leaving the area in a blue Volkswagen Passat.
