Atlanta third baseman Ryan Flaherty was too much for the Philadelphia Phillies on Wednesday night as he blasted a three-run home run and knocked in four runs in the Braves' 7-3 victory.

Both Atlanta and Philadelphia are 10-7 on the young season, three games behind the National League East leading New York Mets (13-4).

The Phillies had just six hits Wednesday night but have won nine of their last 12 games after beginning the season 1-4.
