PA Woman Attacked, Killed By Roommate's 3 Dogs: Police

Three dogs belonging to the 60-year-old woman's roommate killed her in an attack, police said.

PENNSYLVANIA — A woman was attacked and killed by three pit bulls she was dog-sitting for in Pennsylvania recently, state police said.

The incident occurred back on July 28 in Miller Township, Perry County.

Rhoda Marie Wagner, 60, of Newport, was alone at her home at the time of the attack, police said.

It's unclear what led to the attack. A passerby found Wagner lying in the front yard with the three dogs running around the yard, according to state police.

The dogs were owned by Wagner's roommate, police said. They were euthanized following the incident with the consent of the owner.
