NORRISTOWN, PA — Police in Norristown were reportedly called after a woman pursued and ultimately began kissing and hugging a vehicle.
The Times Herald reports that the incident occurred on April 18 at around 5:40 p.m. on Egypt Road near Heston Avenue.
The woman in question has been diagnosed with mechanophilia, described as a sexual attraction to machinery and vehicles.

The woman's caretakers were reportedly in pursuit of her when police arrived on the scene and explained what was happening.
She caught up to a Nissan Pathfinder, which she hugged and kissed before being convinced to leave the vehicle alone, the report states.
