Police Trying To Identify Man Wanted For Fraud In Norristown

NORRISTOWN, PA — Police are asking for the public's help in identifying and finding a man suspected of fraud.

The suspect is a black male with a moustache. He was seen on surveillance footage wearing a gray hoodie and black pants.
