Pothole Work On I-76, 422, Other Montco Roads This Weekend: See Schedule
Rutted roads no more: PennDOT crews are taking action this weekend on some of the worst potholes on Montgomery County's major roadways.
MONTGOMERY COUNTY, PA — Six major state roadways around Montgomery County will be under construction this week as work crews address some of the most egregious potholes.
Work will take place on I-76 ramps and on U.S. 422 in both Lower Merion and Upper Merion, on Route 611 in Abington, Horsham, Upper Moreland, Jenkintown, and Cheltenham, on Fort Washington Avenue in Upper Dublin, on Bethlehem Pike in Lower Gwynedd, and on Township Line Road in Abington and Cheltenham.
Roads will not be shut down, but lanes will be restricted, which could cause traffic delays. PennDOT urged motorists to be mindful and slow down in construction zones to protect workers.
