Red Lobster In King Of Prussia Damaged In Fire

It's not yet clear what caused the blaze.

KING OF PRUSSIA, PA — The Red Lobster in King of Prussia was damaged over the weekend after it caught fire, authorities said.

The incident occurred on Saturday night, Jan. 25, at around 11:41 p.m.

Crews found fire on the roof of the building and "moderate" smoke throughout the restaurant, according to the Upper Merion Township Professional Firefighters Association.

The fire was quickly brought under control within about 70 minutes of units being on the scene.

No injuries were reported, as the restaurant was closed and empty at the time of the fire.

The damage does not appear to be serious, though the restaurant has listed itself as closed until Thursday. It remains open for takeout.
