Robbery Suspect Shot By Police In KOP Identified, Charged
The robbery suspect who was shot by police at the King of Prussia Mall on Sunday has been identified and charged with several crimes.

KING OF PRUSSIA, PA — The robbery suspect who was shot by police at the King of Prussia Mall on Sunday has been identified as 23-year-old Kalin Jackson of New Castle, Del., authorities confirmed on Tuesday.
Jackson has been charged with robbery, theft, reckless endangerment, firearms charges, and a series of related counts in connection to a series of incidents in King of Prussia and Delaware in recent days.
Jackson has not yet been arraigned because he remains in Paoli Hospital being treated for his wounds. He remained in serious condition on Sunday.

Jackson was captured after allegedly attempting to run down Upper Merion police officers on Sunday afternoon at the Green Parking Garage near the Court at King of Prussia.
Officers opened fire and hit Jackson twice. A 9 mm handgun was found in the front seat of the stolen car which he was driving.

In addition to robbing the car, Jackson was wanted for an armed robbery on Saturday in the same garage and for three similar crimes in the Wilmington, Del. area.
The officers involved in the shooting have been placed on administrative leave pending the outcome of the investigation.
