Skimming Device Found At King Of Prussia Mall Store: Police
Anyone who may have shopped at Primark recently should double-check their credit card statements for any suspicious activity.

A skimming device was found recently at the Primark in the King of Prussia Mall, according to the Upper Merion Police Department.
The incident was reported on October 18 at around 10:07 a.m.
Security agents found the skimming device on one of Primark's registers. Skimmers are small devices attached to credit and debit card readers or ATMs which secretly read financial information and record it for criminals to use.

"Primark can confirm that a small number of card payment machines were found to have skimming devices attached," said Colleen Cleary, a Primark spokesperson. "Primark immediately notified law enforcement, who are now investigating the situation. Primark has been and continues to cooperate fully with these authorities in this confidential investigation. Protecting customer information is of the utmost priority."
The device was turned over to police.
