Snow, Rain Storms Possible In Eastern PA Forecast Next Week
Forecasters are monitoring two storm systems expected to move through the Philly region next week that could bring a wintry mix.
SOUTHEASTERN PA — Two storm systems are on track to move northeast next week, though forecasters are still monitoring whether they'll bring a wintry mix of snow or rain showers to southeastern Pennsylvania.
Under the first scenario, the greater Philadelphia area could see rain showers late Sunday into Monday, according to AccuWeather.
Higher than average temperatures along with seasonably warm ocean waters may limit the amount of snow along the coast and I-95 corridor during the middle of next week, according to AccuWeather.

AccuWeather meteorologists are analyzing another storm system which could shift eastward and make its way to the region on Tuesday into Wednesday.
“Ultimately, the track of the storm will hold the key as to which areas will be most likely to receive snow versus rain versus a wintry mix. Another factor will be how cold it turns behind the first storm in the Midwest and Northeast,” forecasters said.
