Now’s your chance. An MLK365 and Neighbors in Action Workshop is coming to Norristown on August 25.

The event will be sponsored by Global Citizen, an international nonprofit dedicated to improving civic engagement and community dialogue.

MLK365 is Global Citizen’s flagship program that includes initaitives like:

• Community Volunteer Programs
• Neighbors in Action Community Leadership Workshops
• Service Clubs – service learning curriculum
• quarterly discussions on race, class, and power
• Mission365: Connecting Military and Civilian Service on the Home Front

The Norristown event will be hosted at the Norristown Police Athletic League (PAL) on 340 Harding Boulevard from 10:30 a.m. until 11:30 a.m. on August 25.
