A 19th century building partially collapsed in Norristown on Saturday, leading authorities to evacuate nearby residents.

NORRISTOWN, PA — A 123-year-old building partially collapsed in Norristown on Saturday, leading authorities to evacuate nearby residents.
The incident occurred Saturday morning at 611 Swede Street.
The part of the structure which collapsed was vacant at the time, the Norristown Fire Department said, and no injuries have been reported.

The bulk of the damage appears to be contained to one or two units in the structure, which has several one-bedroom apartments and efficiency units.
Officials were on the scene Saturday analyzing the structure's stability.

Collapses also occurred on E. Marshall Street in May and on Willow Street in June.
The building on 611 Swede Street was constructed in 1897, according to property records. It was damaged by a fire in 2015.
