The Specials Are Sizzling This Summer At Conshy’s Hottest Three Restaurants!

It’s here! The official start to summer started this week and to celebrate the masterminds at Conshy Girls Restaurant Group (the owners of the uber-popular Gypsy Saloon, Stella Blu and Southern Cross Kitchen) are debuting brand new promotions that will have guests asking “What Shore?”

Owners, Kim Strengari and Marianne Gere, are pulling out all the stops this summer when it comes to live entertainment and events, starting with their new Southern Tailgate Wednesdays at Southern Cross Kitchen (SCK). SCK is featuring live music on the deck starting at 6 PM by some of the area’s best artists and the upstairs bar at SCK will be transformed into a venerable tailgate party each and every Wednesday, complete with beer pong, corn hole and specials starting at 5 PM.

SCK has also unveiled its “BBB Night: Beer, Burger and Bourbon” for $15 on Tuesdays from 4 PM to 10 PM with live acoustic music on the deck. On the other side of the bridge, Gypsy Saloon is also getting into the swing of summer with fabulous food specials including “Taco Tuesday” from 4 PM to 10 PM and the new “Gypsy Lite Bite Wednesdays” from 5 PM to 9 PM, which is perfect for swimsuit season! This unique menu features such Gypsy favorites as Kale and Quinoa Salad, Goat Cheese and Arugula Flatbread Bread and a selection of flatbread for just $10. Gypsy Saloon also has live entertainment every Thursday at 7 PM and Friday at 9 PM.

For those looking for seafood this summer, the dynamic duo has rolled out specials at all three of its restaurants starting with the “Seafood Weekend Menu” at Stella Blu. This delicious menu comprises an assortment of delectable dishes that range from Mussels in Red or White from just $10 to 1 ½ LB Whole Main Lobster Dinner and Shrimp Scampi on Friday and Saturday nights starting at 5 PM.

For those looking for something a bit more casual, yet still just as delicious, Gypsy Saloon is hosting multiple Seafood Nights. Gypsy Saloon kicks off the week with All-You-Can-Eat Mussels for $16 on Monday (with or without pasta) and then offers 2-Pound Snow Crab Legs with French Fries for $30 on Thursday, Friday and Saturday.
