'A Taste Of Norristown' Food Festival Coming Up: What To Know
Norristown's first international street food festival will feature the best of the global food options from across Norristown.
NORRISTOWN, PA — An upcoming food festival will celebrate Norristown's culinary scene and its many food options from around the globe.
"A Taste of Norristown" will be held on Saturday, Aug. 19 from 4 p.m. to 9 p.m. at VonC Brewing Company.
Billing itself as Norristown's first street food festival, the celebration will include beer tastings, games and activities, live music from PJ's Pub Tour Band, and much more.

A highlight will be a "best zep" competition where members of the public can taste and then vote for their favorite.
As Norristown officials noted, "Main Street alone features an international array of ethnic foods including Korean/Japanese, Chinese, Mexican, Ethiopian, Vietnamese, and Italian," all of which will be featured at the festival.
