Tavern at Valley Forge Opens At Site of Burned Down Restaurant

A new restaurant has risen from the ashes of one that burned down in 2013.

A new restaurant is open in the Valley Forge area.

The historic building at 827 South Trooper Road in Eagleville, formerly the home of Valley Forge Beef and Ale, now has a new tenant. The previous restaurant burned down in 2013, and new owners have opened the Tavern at Valley Forge, a colonial-themed experience with a wide selection of micro-brews and classic American foods.

"Tavern at Valley Forge is a full-service restaurant and bar serving lunch and dinner daily. We also offer brunch on Saturdays and Sundays from 10am-3pm. Our beer list contains over 100 beers and ciders focusing on American micro-brews, all of which are available for take-out. Our menu features reinvented takes on classic American pub fare and comfort foods. Additionally, we have a full pizza kitchen that is open Wednesday through Sunday from 4pm-12am. Our entire menu is available for take-out."
