Timoney Knox to Offer Estate Planning Seminar

The free discussion will be held on Nov. 30.

Timoney Knox, LLP Partner John J. McAneney, Esquire, will lead an estate planning seminar on Nov. 30 at Old York Road Country Club.

Get a head start on your New Year’s resolutions. Regardless of income levels and the value of possessions, an estate plan is crucial for everyone. Estate planning involves creating a set of documents to arrange for the management of an individual’s financial affairs and medical decisions in the event of incapacity and for the disposal of their possessions after death.

McAneney, who has been with Timoney Knox since 1991, assists clients with estate planning, tax matters, real estate and employment-related matters. He also helps clients form corporations, partnerships and limited liability companies, as well as buy and sell businesses.

McAneney holds a finance degree from the University of South Florida, a Juris Doctor and L.L.M in Taxation from the Temple University School of Law. He also holds an MBA in Accounting from Temple University and held a Certified Public Accountant license for approximately 20 years.

Timoney Knox, LLP Partner John J. McAneney will present an estate planning seminar at the Old York Road Country Club, 801 Tennis Ave., in Ambler on Nov. 30. Doors open at 6 p.m. for networking and dinner is included, with the program beginning at 6:30 p.m. The event is free, but attendees are asked to bring an unwrapped toy which will be donated to one of the local children’s agencies.
