NORRISTOWN, PA -- A very friendly dog named Bella was found in Norristown over the weekend.
She was discovered on the east end of the borough at about 8:30 a.m. on Saturday morning.
She was bathed and fed, and a scan of her microchip revealed that her name is Bella.
