Volunteers Needed For Habitat Restoration In Norristown

Join a park ranger in an effort to remove invasive plants from Norristown Farm Park on Sunday, October 11, 2015 from 2:00pm to 3:30pm during a special Habitat Restoration program.

Plant the seeds and seedlings of native plants. Individuals, families, and groups are welcome. This project will help improve habitat for the animals that live in the park. Meet at the park office.

Loppers, pruning shears and saws, trowels, and work gloves are handy if participants are able to bring their own. Please call the park office at 610-270-0215 to register.
