West Marshall St. To Be Shut Down In Norristown For Days

SEPTA announced the closure this week.

NORRISTOWN, PA — West Marshall Street will be shut down near Markley Street in Norristown later this month as SEPTA work gets underway, municipal officials announced Wednesday.

The closure will be in place from 9 a.m. on March 20 to 8 p.m. on March 23.

SEPTA will be improving the Marshall Street grade crossing.

Traffic will be detoured over Astor, Elm, and Markley streets, officials said.

Additional traffic in the area should be expected and drivers should plan for delays.
