West Norriton Man Had Bestiality, Child Porn Videos: DA

MONTGOMERY COUNTY, PA — A West Norriton man is in custody after police said they found bestiality and child porn videos and images on his cell phone involving a girl under 13.

He was one of three child porn suspects arrested across Montgomery County in recent days, the District Attorney's Office announced on Thursday. The crimes were unrelated.

Galdion De La Cruz, 32, of West Norriton, Aaron Domsky, 19, of the Dresher section of Upper Dublin, and Jacob Mitchell, 20, of Pottstown, all face numerous charges related to possessing and distributing child porn.

An investigation into De La Cruz began back on June 25, when county officials received a tip from Facebook regarding five videos containing bestiality, the District Attorney's Office said. One of them involved an underaged girl.

The Facebook account was traced to De La Cruz's house, where detectives found 18 images and one video of child porn involving children under age 13, police said. He was arrested Aug. 20.

Bail was set at $50,000, which he did not post, and he was booked at Montgomery County Correctional Facility.

A preliminary hearing is forthcoming on Sept. 14.
