West Norriton Woman Wanted After Rejected Firearm Application: Police
Police said the local woman lied on her application to obtain a firearm.
WEST NORRITON, PA — Police in Montgomery County are asking for the public's help in tracking down a woman they said tried to buy a firearm with a falsified application.
Cathy Nicole Stafford, 22, of West Norriton, has been charged with unsworn falsification, which is a felony.
The incident occurred at Treeline Sports Inc., lcoated on 1447 West Main Street in West Norriton.

Authorities said the business denied Stafford's purchase after her firearm application was not filled out "truthfully."
Police did not specify was aspect of the application they believed to be falsified.
