When Will The Rain Let Up In Norristown?

The wet weather is here for at least one more day, according to the local forecast.

The light rain and drizzle will continue before heavier rain moves into the region this afternoon, the National Weather Service reports.

The soggy conditions will continue in the region Wednesday, when forecasters are nearly certain it will rain again.

Skies will clear Thursday, according to the National Weather Service. The good news is the sunshine should stick around for the weekend.

Here’s the extended local forecast:

Today: Showers. High near 57. South wind 3 to 7 mph. Chance of precipitation is 90%. New precipitation amounts between a half and three quarters of an inch possible.

Tonight: A chance of showers, mainly before 1am. Mostly cloudy, with a low around 43. Southwest wind 8 to 14 mph becoming west after midnight. Chance of precipitation is 50%. New precipitation amounts between a tenth and quarter of an inch possible.

Thursday: Mostly sunny, with a high near 50. West wind 11 to 16 mph.

Thursday Night: Mostly clear, with a low around 34.FridaySunny, with a high near 49.

Friday Night: Mostly clear, with a low around 33.

Saturday: Sunny, with a high near 51.
