Woman Beaten, Robbed In Norristown After Being Lured To House: Cops
A woman was told to come to a house to meet an acquaintance and "discuss their daughters." But that's not what happened when she arrived.

NORRISTOWN, PA — A woman was lured to a home in Norristown where she was subsequently beaten and robbed, according to Norristown police.
The incident occurred on July 30 at about 4:53 a.m. on the 200 block of Knox Street, police said.
The woman said that an acquaintance had told her to come to the house to "discuss their daughters," according to officials.

Once inside, the victim was restrained, punched and kicked by three people, and robbed of her cellphone and money, police said.
She eventually broke free and called her husband, who called the police. All three suspects were arrested and charged with assault and related counts.
