Ruthanne Resch Named Manager of Coldwell Banker Real Estate Services Butler Office

George Hackett, president of Coldwell Banker Real Estate Services in Pittsburgh, is pleased to announce that Ruthanne Resch been appointed manager of the Coldwell Banker Real Estate Services Butler office. Resch will be responsible for the oversight of approximately 20 affiliated sales associates and teams serving Butler County and the surrounding communities.
“Ruthanne brings an impressive background in both management experience and real estate sales to this position,” said Hackett. “Her in-depth knowledge of the real estate industry and strong understanding of the local market area will be a tremendous asset to the Butler office and community.”
With more than 20 years of residential real estate experience, Resch was formerly an associate broker affiliated with the Coldwell Banker Real Estate Services Hampton office. She has been a resident of Hampton Township for 35 years and has served home buyers and sellers throughout Northern Allegheny County and Southern Butler County.
