In
partnership with North Hills Community Outreach, the Northland Public Library
Foundation invites you to give back to your community during November by
donating to our annual Thanksgiving Food Drive. Last year, 2 1/2 car loads of
food items, grocery gift cards and cash were delivered to the Loaves and Fishes
Food Pantry in McCandless. Your generosity quickly surpassed our Ten Dinners in
Ten Days challenge, so this year we challenge you to Twenty Dinners in Ten
Days! You may choose to donate any items from this list as suggested by the
Food Pantry:
stuffing mix, instant mashed potatoes, canned
vegetables, muffin mix, boxed pie
crust, evaporated milk, turkey gravy, easy pumpkin pie mixnapkins, cranberry sauce, $10 grocery gift cards
Please bring your donations to the lower
level of the library from Sunday, November 10 through Wednesday, November 20,
5:00pm.
