If your budget is low then do not plan for a low quality gift, instead try to purchase some useful but econonical gift like pen, gloves or cap (should be simple so that one can use in daily life). Or sometimes you may even forward last year gifts that you received but never used, if you find them useful for someone else. You can even try some of handmade gifts which will give a special feeling to the receiver.
