âą UGI gas bills will go up $3.93 a month on average under deal with Pa. regulator (lehighvalleylive.com) â UGI gas customers in Northampton County will see average monthly bills rise about $3.93 after state regulators approved a smaller-than-requested 3.5% rate hike. The settlement also adds stronger protections for low-income households, including easier access to assistance programs and longer payment plans, with another modest increase scheduled for October 2027 and a rate freeze through early 2029.
