2 Arrested After Fatal Shooting On Bellevue-Avalon Border

PITTSBURGH, PA - Avalon and Bellevue usually are quiet North Hills communities, but a man was shot Tuesday night along Starr Avenue, a street that runs through the border of the two municipalities. The unidentified victim was taken to an area hospital, where he later died from his wounds.

Police arrested two men in connection with the death. Musa Muya, 20, was charged with criminal homicide and a weapons violation. Salimu Salim, 32, was charged with tampering with evidence and a weapons violation.
