2 Charged With Stealing PA Inspection Stickers

ROSS TOWNSHIP, PA — Police have charged two people with the November theft of Pennsylvania inspection stickers from a Jiffy Lube and Midas, both on McKnight Road, as well as a Meineke on Babcock Boulevard.

Jose Enrique Torres-Molinary, 41, from Bethlehem PA but who has been living in Florida, and Kelly Mercedes Acosta, 46, from Lakeland FL, were charged with three counts each of burglary, criminal conspiracy and criminal mischief, township police said.

Torres-Molinary is in custody. Acosta has a warrant out for her arrest.

Police said the investigation included numerous surveillance cameras and traffic cameras as well as vehicle information.
