Awful.

We had a bad experience from the start.
A week prior to our visit, we made an appointment for 3, for the bride (my sister), the Maid of Honor (me), and the mother of the bride (our mother).
We got there about 10 minutes early, and our appointment was a 6:30.
When we got there, we were told to sit down in the massage chairs to begin our pedicures. There were two women on the side that seats 5, and two on the side that seats three. The two women were sitting in chairs 2 and 3, my sister and I were seated in chairs 4 and 5, while our mother was all alone in chair 1. What was the point of making an appointment if we couldn't all be sat together?
Two girls started with us two right away. I had Mya, I don't recall the other woman's name. While Mya was good with my toenails and nails, she was quite bossy and rude. She and the other woman were constantly talking to each other in their native language, and you could very well tell that it was about me and my sister.
They didn't pay any attention to my mother sitting over in chair 1 by herself, and didn't do anything for her or with her until about 45 minute in.
Mya was rather rough with my feet, but no injuries occurred, which is great. She did my nails well, however she didn't pinch them like they're supposed to do so they're kind of flat, and I'm not crazy about the shape of them.
I had to leave my sister and mother at the nail shop to go somewhere for an appointment.
When I got home later that night, I saw that my mother's nails were entirely smudged up and lumpy along the cuticle line. She also told me that my sister's nails were lumpy as well. My mom ended up having to take her nail polish they put on her off and redo it herself. What a waste of a lot of money.
Overall, it was an awful experience from the beginning.
If you're going to accept walk-ins, make sure you're properly set up for the people that actually made an appointment, and don't be so awfully rude and talk about your customers in your native language. Also, try not to ******* rush your customer's nails and mess them up because you want to go home. 1/5, we will not be coming back.
