An Evening of Local History
Pine resident Joe Bullick talks about the history of the North Hills.
Historian and Pine Township resident Joe Bullick will visit the Northern Tier Library on Tuesday, March 19 at 7:00 PM. From old copies of the North Hills News Record, to photos of West View Park, from histories of the Butler and Harmony Short Line to a map of the original settlers of Richland Township - Mr. Bullick has it all. This evening will be a show and tell for everyone involved - come and see Mr. Bullick's collection, hear his stories, and share some of your own!
Copies of Mr. Bullick's book, Put a Tent over the Circus: The True Story of a Foster Child's Love and Loss During the Great Depression, will also be available for purchase. Proceeds benefit the library.
