CCAC's North Campus To Begin Shuttle Service
The shuttle will connect with Port Authority service, making it easier for students to get to and from campus.

WEST VIEW, PA - Community College of Allegheny County’s North Campus will begin offering a free shuttle service beginning January 16 for students along the Perry Highway corridor north of West View.
The college’s North Campus in McCandless isn’t directly serviced by the Port of Allegheny County. The shuttle will provide a connection to Port Authority buses.
“We hope that this shuttle will address the need for safe and reliable transportation for CCAC North Campus students, alleviating an issue that may prevent them from attending college,” said North Campus president Gretchen Mullin-Sawicki.

The shuttle will make four runs Monday through Thursday during peak times in the morning and early afternoon, with stops near bus stops on Perrymont Road, Babcock Boulevard and Cumberland Road, before returning to North Campus. During inclement weather, the shuttle will also transport students and faculty from the lower campus parking lot to the upper parking lot.
