Coldwell Banker Real Estate Services Charity Benefits Supports Local Food Bank

Coldwell Banker Real Estate Services Charity Benefits, the charitable arm of Coldwell Banker Real Estate Services, has donated approximately 350 pounds of food to the Greater Pittsburgh Community Food Bank. Affiliated sales associates and staff of Coldwell Banker Real Estate Services collected non-perishable food items at each of the company’s 13 local sales offices.

The Greater Pittsburgh Community Food Bank collects and distributes food through a network of more than 400 independent organizations in 11 counties in southwestern Pennsylvania. The organization distributes 26.5 million pounds of food to 360,000 people through its member network annually.

“We pleased to continue our support of the Greater Pittsburgh Community Food Bank and thank all those that made donations to the food drive,” said George Hackett, president of Coldwell Banker Real Estate Services. “We felt it important to hold this event at the beginning of the year because, while the majority of food drives take place around the holidays, those in need in our local communities depend on this type of care year-round.”
