Consumer Alert Issued For Pittsburgh-Area Restaurant

ROSS TOWNSHIP, PA — The Allegheny County Health Department has issued a consumer alert for McKnight Kitchen, an Asian restaurant located at 4860 McKnight Road.

The restaurant was cited for improper cooling, cold holding of food, inadequate refrigeration, failure to monitor food requiring temperature control and lack of a certified food protection manager.

A copy of the inspection report was not immediately available Friday because the health department's online food safety restaurant facility search was down for maintenance.
