Damage Minimal in Ross, West View from Thunderstorms

As predicted, a powerful line of thunderstorms moved through and Thursday afternoon.

Fortunately, damage was minimal.

Aside from a fallen tree and power line along Evergreen Road, most areas report few problems.

Evergreen Road between McKnight Road and the entrance to the is closed until power crews can make repairs.

The National Weather Service said more storms could arrive later Thursday evening.

A severe thunderstorm watch and a flash flood watch remain in effect until 10 p.m.
