The Tarasa Hurley Team at River Point Realty

Selling or buying a home is usually tied to a major life transition, and it deserves a lot more than a yard sign and an automated MLS email. The Tarasa Hurley Team at River Point Realty is an independent boutique real estate team based right here in Pittsburgh. Over the course of 425+ closed transactions and more than $115 million in career sales, we have built our reputation on one simple premise: give clients honest data, relentless marketing, and personal representation from start to finish. RealTrends ranks our group #4 in Pittsburgh and #33 across all of Pennsylvania out of more than 67,000 agents. But what matters to our clients isn't just the ranking. It is how we handle their specific sale. Tarasa personally leads pricing strategy and contract negotiations on listings. Her academic background in psychology and conflict resolution gives our sellers a distinct edge when inspection reports get tense, appraisal issues arise, or multiple offers need to be navigated strategically. Behind her is a full-time support staff managing every detail of the transaction, so you are never left wondering what happens next or passed off to an inexperienced junior licensee. On the marketing side, we treat your home like a flagship product. In addition to running over 100 targeted digital ad campaigns at any given time, our YouTube channel has attracted more than 1 million views and 90,000 hours of watch time. Our website draws over 44,000 visitors every month, making it the most active independent real estate site in Western Pennsylvania. When buyers relocate from out of state or search for homes in our area, they find our listings before they even set foot in town. Tarasa has been featured on HGTV's House Hunters, is a national speaker, appears regularly in publications like the New York Post and Inman News, and has been recognized in the Pittsburgh Business Times "Who's Who in Residential Real Estate" for three consecutive years. More importantly, over 200 local families have reviewed our work on Google with an average 4.9-star rating. Whether you are navigating school district boundaries in Pine-Richland, North Allegheny, Seneca Valley, or Quaker Valley, or balancing the property tax differences between Allegheny and Butler counties, we know these neighborhoods street by street. If you are thinking about selling or just want an honest, data-backed assessment of what your home is worth in today's market, visit us at tarasa.com or give Tarasa a call at (412) 785-2080.
