Elderly Ross Woman Struck And Killed By Vehicle

ROSS TOWNSHIP, PA - A woman died Sunday after being struck by a car while crossing the street from her home to Faith Lutheran Church on Sixth Avenue.

The victim was identified as Anna Miller, 86, who was hit by the car at around 9:30 a.m. She died about two hours later at Allegheny General Hospital.

No charges have been filed against the driver. Police said the incident remains under investigation but it does not appear that drugs or alcohol were a factor.
