Join the community for a flag retirement ceremony honoring veterans and local servicemen and women. The event includes the retiring of worn flags, which have become unusable from continuous display. This year’s ceremony will especially honor the victims of the 9/11 tragedy, emergency service responders, law enforcement officials and, as in the past, veterans.
