The 28th Annual Family House Polo Match will be held at Hartwood Acres. This fundraiser helps to provide the necessary resources to operate the four houses that serve as a comfortable and affordable "home away from home" for patients and their families who are receiving medical care in Pittsburgh. Tickets must be purchased prior to the event.
