Check for Vets

If you are a wartime veteran or the surviving spouse of a veteran you may be entitled to benefits from the Veteran’s Administration that you are not aware of, including pension money. Author Joe McCarthy, whose book, Checks for Vets, provides a guideline to deal with items such as locating discharge records, finding no-cost pharmacy benefits, and filling out the paperwork to claim pension funds, will present an informative program on these issues at Northland Library.
