Come to the grand opening of our Playful Parenting Room! Kathleen Deerr, author of The Family Centered Library and Middle Country Public Library Coordinator of Family Place Libraries will recognize Northland as an official Family Place Library. Babies and toddlers through 36 months along with a parent, grandparent or caregiver are invited to a Special Playdate at 9am, then all are invited to join in the festivities at 10am as the ribbon to the Playful Parenting Room is cut, refreshments served and the playing begins!
